I’ve always imagined what it would be like to sneak into a florist late at night and create my own range of flower arrangements that perfectly suited my personality, something that I know I would be super excited to receive, or buy for my own home, even a range of flowers that I know I would find in every one of my friends homes. So when Netflorist came knocking, I answered…along with my fellow blogging and real life friends Brandslut and Luckypony.
We were all invited to create a set of arrangements that spoke to our own personalities and those of our readers. As you well know I am in love with all things South African so my range was inspired by flowers that can be found relatively easily in South Africa.Even the flowers that are a little more exotic still have a natural South African undertone to them. This being said the Protea flower sits at the centre of the collection.I like to think that if mother nature was in the Netflorist warehouse making arrangements she would make a similar range. You can spoil yourself or a loved one with an arrangement from my collection here.
I’m also giving away two of my arrangements to two lucky people so visit my Facebook Page to enter! If you miss out on the competition you can also use my discount code to get 10% off your arrangment.
Sometimes a bunch of flowers doesn’t have to be huge to make an impression. This arrangement was inspired by my wedding colours and the exact type of arrangement I want littering my wedding reception.
I love working with plants on my desk, this little guy is an easy and affordable addition to keep you smiling when those emails pile up.
3. Not your average Orchid.
I love Orchids, I love this one even more just because of the beautiful natural tones that it has, it almost looks like the highveldt bush. Currently my orchid pretty Orchid plant is a little hard to come by, once Netflorist have them back in stock it will be re-added to the collection.
This pretty in pink arrangement is awesome because it’s understated and sweet, the bucket is also reusable so you can create your own arrangement to put in it at a later stage.
A bunch of red roses are still one of the best ways to say ‘I love you’ , I added the Eucalyptus leaves to give it an earthy feel.
If South Africa was a bunch of flowers it would be this bunch…enough said!
Thanks Angie for sharing some of your pictures with me.
