On the fourth day of Christmas L-i-i-i-n-n-d-t gave to meeeee, some tasty chocolate to share with y-o-o-u-u.
Before I get into all of that though I wanted to share a delicious creation I made from a few Lindt goodies and some Almond Milk. I’m a big fan of quick, delicious drinks and food, because often I don’t have much time to really sit and bake or cook, even though I really wish I did. This Strawberry and Coconut Milkshake won’t take you more than ten minutes to make…less if you’re not worried about making it look pretty, making it the perfect treat to serve to your friends and family over the festive season.
Put two Lindor Balls (Strawberries and Cream and Coconut) in a food processor with a block of Dark Lindt chocolate, a strawberry and some chunks of coconut. Blend it all together and mix it with the Almond Milk. Sit back and sip on your tasty milkshake.
As I mentioned over and above the tasty milkshake recipe I created for you, Lindt is giving away a chocolate hamper worth R1200. To enter the 12 days of LINDT Christmas giveaway read on about how to create your very own chocolaty wreath head on over to my Facebook Page! It’s running for today only so get on over!
What you’ll need:
- LINDOR Milk Chocolate Truffles (we tied red ribbon on one end and used 20 truffles)
- 30-50cm wire wreath frame
- Floral tape (or hot glue gun)
- Clippers
- Foliage
- Berries
- Ribbon bow
What you’ll need to do:
1. Gather all the materials and lay them out on a large, flat surface.
2. Assemble wreath by taking pieces of cut foliage and tying them with tape to the frame. Follow the natural curve of the branches.
3. Continue layering pieces in the same direction, taping tightly. Exposed wire will get covered as you go.
4. When you have come all the way around, simply tape ends tightly to one another. Cut tape and do a few extra twists to secure.
5. Cover any visible wire by using small stems. Add decorative elements, such as berries.
6. Place the Lindor truffles around the wreath and wire or glue gun in place. Add bow and secure with wire or glue gun.
TADDAAAAAA!
