This weekend I was surprised by my family and good friends and whisked away for the weekend for my Bachelorette party. A little while ago I went to my good friend Dani’s Bachelorette Party and I had such an amazing time because it was so relaxed and the focus was on relationships and the bride, so when my friends started planning mine I knew exactly what I wanted, to be comfortable and hang out with my friends. My friends really took this to heart and organised me a sleepover party with all the sweets, cake, Champagne, manicures and pedicures you could imagine.
We spent the evening at my friend Tarryn’s house just past Bronkhorstspruit, I have so many good memories at her holiday house so it was the perfect spot to spend the night. When I arrived (after stopping with my sister and my cousin to take some photos along the way), the whole house was spilling with amazing snacks and all my friends were either wearing their pyjamas or onesies.
Lap of Luxury is run by an amazing lady called Ipeleng Rakubu who has really friendly team of therapists that work with her. On the day we each got a manicure a pedicure and a neck and head massage, while wearing our PJs and sipping Champagne, could anything be more relaxing? The entire Lap Of Luxury team was really on the ball and their setup was really pretty and professional, my bridesmaids booked Lap Of Luxury but I couldn’t reccomend them more if you’re thinking of doing something similar for your bachelorette party or a friends. For the rest of the afternoon we hung around, laughed and ate hot dogs and drank Gin and Tonic on the deck of the house, there really isn’t much that is more special to me than just hanging out chatting with my friends with no other distractions I’m sure you would agree!
